It has been built with different floor layouts including a sunken living room, also in different sizes (30 * 36 on title page). Structurally the Ardrossan offers: 12 inch average diameter logs hand peeled and scribe fit with a horizontal lateral groove and sadle notch at the corner, through bolts at the corners and walls, provisions for concealed wiring engineered plans available(the plans can be custom drawn to suit your particular requirements and engineered to meet your site and municiple requirements
